ncurses: chase dependency changes in the source tree

Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D32098

# c6db8143 25-Nov-2014 Baptiste Daroussin <bapt@FreeBSD.org>

Convert usr.sbin to LIBADD
Reduce overlinking

# 80189b3b 17-Jul-2014 Brooks Davis <brooks@FreeBSD.org>

Replace all uses of libncurses and libtermcap with their wide character
variants. This allows usable file system images (i.e. those with both a
shell and an editor) to be created with only one copy of the curses library.

# a7d5f7eb 19-Oct-2010 Jamie Gritton <jamie@FreeBSD.org>

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

# fe0506d7 09-Mar-2010 Marcel Moolenaar <marcel@FreeBSD.org>

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

# d7f03759 19-Oct-2008 Ulf Lilleengen <lulf@FreeBSD.org>

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

# 052238b1 04-Apr-2003 David E. O'Brien <obrien@FreeBSD.org>

style.Makefile(5)

# 3036a6b8 22-Jul-2001 Andrey A. Chernov <ache@FreeBSD.org>

Back out WARNS commenting - local fault

# c677c22f 23-Jul-2001 Andrey A. Chernov <ache@FreeBSD.org>

Unbreak world - comment out WARNS=2 - deadly warning on tgetstr

# 90e655ea 20-Jul-2001 David E. O'Brien <obrien@FreeBSD.org>

Perform a major cleanup of the usr.sbin Makefiles.
These are not perfectly in agreement with each other style-wise, but they
are orders of orders of magnitude more consistent style-wise than before.

# 8d43ce09 15-Jul-2001 Dima Dorfman <dd@FreeBSD.org>

Add prototypes, staticize, constify, don't shadow global variables and
functions, remove an unused function, and silence other assorted
warnings.

Set WARNS=2.

# 345e52e7 26-Mar-2001 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

- Backout botched attempt to introduce MANSECT feature.
- MAN[1-9] -> MAN.

# a8ee3780 21-Mar-2001 Robert Watson <rwatson@FreeBSD.org>

o Strip BINMODE from Makefile. Installing watch with 0500 provides no
added security benefit, as it doesn't provide extra privilege.
Protection against inappropriate snooping is done by protecting
/dev/snp* properly.

# c73e22c3 20-Mar-2001 Ruslan Ermilov <ru@FreeBSD.org>

Set the default manual section for usr.sbin/ to 8.

# 97d92980 27-Aug-1999 Peter Wemm <peter@FreeBSD.org>

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

# 476602a9 22-Feb-1997 Peter Wemm <peter@FreeBSD.org>

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

# 1130b656 14-Jan-1997 Jordan K. Hubbard <jkh@FreeBSD.org>

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

# 96169cfe 02-Sep-1996 Peter Wemm <peter@FreeBSD.org>

Set ${DPADD}, use +=, add $Id$

# b96f37e2 18-Feb-1995 Jordan K. Hubbard <jkh@FreeBSD.org>

Remove bogus reference to snp.4. Somebody kinda screwed up their move! :)

# 3377c114 17-Feb-1995 Ugen J.S. Antsilevich <ugen@FreeBSD.org>

Manpage for snoop device itself.

# e2f16ea3 17-Feb-1995 Ugen J.S. Antsilevich <ugen@FreeBSD.org>

Add manpage to makefile

# 7f4c7948 17-Feb-1995 Ugen J.S. Antsilevich <ugen@FreeBSD.org>

This is watch - programm to work with /dev/snp,
it still lacks manpage-i will commit it today later.
For now to test try: watch [ttyname] :)
