Remove $FreeBSD$: one-line sh pattern

Remove /^\s*#[#!]?\s*\$FreeBSD\$.*$\n/

Refactoring of reading and writing of the UFS/FFS superblock.
Specifically reading is done if ffs_sbget() and writing is done
in ffs_sbput(). These functions are exported to libufs via the
sbget() and sbput() functions which then used in the various
filesystem utilities. This work is in preparation for adding
subperblock check hashes.

No functional change intended.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Minor tweaks to get quot to compile on FreeBSD..
Basically back-port the dynamic fsname strings back to static constants.

Import NetBSD's quot command, filling the gap in our sources
(We only have the man page...)
