Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .c pattern

Remove /^#include\s+<sys/cdefs.h>.*$\n\s+__FBSDID\("\$FreeBSD\$"\);\n/

Fix whitespace inconsistencies in systat(1).

According to md5(1), the resulting binary is the same.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

Revert most part of 200420 as requested, as more review and polish is
needed.

Remove unneeded header includes from usr.bin/ except contributed code.

Tested with: make universe

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

WARNS=2 fixes with NO_WERROR set, as there are some header issues
with namelists. use __FBSDID().
