pcengines: Fix kernel config

Update the old ALIX config to remove devices, add iflib and remove

nanobsd: exclude .git (and .hg) in the same places we exclude .svn

Allow support of other VCSes. Note that two other nanobsd files already
had a similar case, excluding .git and .hg in addition to CVS and .svn.

Start to move the old interface into a legacy file.

Remove commented out junk.

Remove cust_pkg() not that pkg_foo(1) has been removed.

We don't want tests on these embedded boxes.

Make pcengines config files compile again.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

Add nanobsd example for the PC Engines ALIX board (serial console).
