spdx: The BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier is obsolete, drop -FreeBSD

The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.

# c4e20cad 27-Nov-2017 Pedro F. Giffuni <pfg@FreeBSD.org>

sys/sys: further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.

Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I
was using misidentified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error
prone - task.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

# 41f1dccc 17-Nov-2011 Kevin Lo <kevlo@FreeBSD.org>

Add unicode support to msdosfs and smbfs; original pathes from imura,
bug fixes by Kuan-Chung Chiu <buganini at gmail dot com>.

Tested by me in production for several days at work.

# a7d5f7eb 19-Oct-2010 Jamie Gritton <jamie@FreeBSD.org>

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

# d122d784 07-Apr-2010 Joel Dahl <joel@FreeBSD.org>

Switch to our preferred 2-clause BSD license.

# d7f03759 19-Oct-2008 Ulf Lilleengen <lulf@FreeBSD.org>

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

# 4d79445a 19-Sep-2005 R. Imura <imura@FreeBSD.org>

Remove macros
htole{s,l,q}, letoh{s,l,q}, htobe{s,l,q}, betoh{s,l,q}
and replace it with more standard byteorder macros in our system.

# 080e3a63 29-Jul-2005 R. Imura <imura@FreeBSD.org>

Change API of mb_copy_t in libmchain so that netsmb can handle
multibyte character share name correctly.

# 0adb6d7a 16-Dec-2002 Robert Drehmel <robert@FreeBSD.org>

Remove the hto(be|le)[slq] and (be|le)toh[slq] macros defined in
_KERNEL scope from "src/sys/sys/mchain.h".

Replace each occurrence of the above in _KERNEL scope with the
appropriate macro from the set of hto(be|le)(16|32|64) and
(be|le)toh(16|32|64) from "src/sys/sys/endian.h".

# 985cce51 08-Nov-2002 John Baldwin <jhb@FreeBSD.org>

- Change mb_copy_t to take a size_t as the length argument instead of an
int.
- Change the local variable in smb_copy_iconv() from an int to a size_t.

These make smb_copy_iconv() happy in a 64-bit world.

# 3f2e06c5 18-Sep-2002 Poul-Henning Kamp <phk@FreeBSD.org>

Move m_fixhdr() from "mbchain" to "mbuf" where it belongs.

# 90ce56c2 27-Feb-2002 Thomas Moestl <tmm@FreeBSD.org>

Add the following functions/macros to support byte order conversions and
device drivers for bus system with other endinesses than the CPU (using
interfaces compatible to NetBSD):

- bwap16() and bswap32(). These have optimized implementations on some
architectures; for those that don't, there exist generic implementations.
- macros to convert from a certain byte order to host byte order and vice
versa, using a naming scheme like le16toh(), htole16().
These are implemented using the bswap functions.
- stream bus space access functions, which do not perform a byte order
conversion (while the normal access functions would if the bus endianess
differs from the CPU endianess).

htons(), htonl(), ntohs() and ntohl() are implemented using the new
functions above for kernel usage. None of the above interfaces is currently
exported to user land.

Make use of the new functions in a few places where local implementations
of the same functionality existed.

# fd8e4ebc 18-Feb-2002 Mike Barcroft <mike@FreeBSD.org>

o Move NTOHL() and associated macros into <sys/param.h>. These are
deprecated in favor of the POSIX-defined lowercase variants.
o Change all occurrences of NTOHL() and associated marcros in the
source tree to use the lowercase function variants.
o Add missing license bits to sparc64's <machine/endian.h>.
Approved by: jake
o Clean up <machine/endian.h> files.
o Remove unused __uint16_swap_uint32() from i386's <machine/endian.h>.
o Remove prototypes for non-existent bswapXX() functions.
o Include <machine/endian.h> in <arpa/inet.h> to define the
POSIX-required ntohl() family of functions.
o Do similar things to expose the ntohl() family in libstand, <netinet/in.h>,
and <sys/param.h>.
o Prepend underscores to the ntohl() family to help deal with
complexities associated with having MD (asm and inline) versions, and
having to prevent exposure of these functions in other headers that
happen to make use of endian-specific defines.
o Create weak aliases to the canonical function name to help deal with
third-party software forgetting to include an appropriate header.
o Remove some now unneeded pollution from <sys/types.h>.
o Add missing <arpa/inet.h> includes in userland.
