sys: further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags. Mainly focus on files that use BSD 3-Clause license. The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way, superceed or replace the license texts. Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a starting point.

On ARM EABI double precision floating point values are stored in the endian the CPU is in, i.e. little-endian on most ARM cores. This allows ARMv4 and ARMv5 boards to boot with the ARM EABI.

Add support for the FPA floating-point format on ARM. The FPA floating-point format is identical to the VFP format, but is always stored in big-endian. Introduce _IEEE_WORD_ORDER to describe the byte-order of the FP representation. Obtained from: Juniper Networks, Inc

Import FreeBSD/arm kernel bits. It only supports sa1110 (on simics) right now, but xscale support should come soon. Some of the initial work has been provided by : Stephane Potvin <sepotvin at videotron.ca> Most of this comes from NetBSD.
