sys: Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .h pattern

Remove /^\s*\*\n \*\s+\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

Remove "all rights reserved" from copyright for the file I own.
Some of the files have both me and Jared McNeill and he gave me
permission to remove it from his files too.

RPI2: Add support for PLATFORM_SMP so we can later add it to GENERIC.
