sys: Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .h pattern

Remove /^\s*\*\n \*\s+\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

Add support for Intel Arria 10 SoC Development Kit.
Use standard DTS files for SOCKIT and SOCDK.
