share: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Fix an ancient typo: `sc' usually equals `ns*nt', not `nc*nt'
(the latter is actually the total number of tracks on the disk,
which has no field in disktab(5).)

Mechanically kill hard sentence breaks and double whitespaces.

Fix some basic errors:

- Add a description of b0 / b1 fields.
- Do not use 'entry' to refer to both 'entry' and 'field'.
- Do not confuse people with heading 'Name' and entry 'Name'.

mdoc(7) police: Use the new .In macro for #include statements.

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did
cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'

BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows
me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...
