share: Remove ancient SCCS tags.

Remove ancient SCCS tags from the tree, automated scripting, with two
minor fixup to keep things compiling. All the common forms in the tree
were removed with a perl script.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Normalize.

Nuke SCCS docos, they're dead, again.

Build sccs(1) docs.

19.curses wasn't encumbered, it's just dead.

Fixed build of recently added legacy docs.

Remove subdirectories 3, 4, and 17 from the build; they do not build
properly at this time.

Include the following previously encumbered documentation in the build:

01.cacm 02.implement 03.iosys 04.uprog 06.Clang 15.yacc 16.lex 17.m4

Some of these produce a number of warnings. I don't want to remove
them yet, because some noble soul may decide to remove the cause of
the warnings, but they won't if it doesn't bite them.

To avoid confusion, zap libcurses. ncurses provides both curses, termcap
and termlib (terminfo) support.

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

Delete unused BINDIR variable.

Install RCS and CVS documents.

Revert $FreeBSD$ back to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

fix footnote bug in 05.sysman which sends nroff into an infinite loop.

Correctly fix spam with usd/psd Makefile mix-up.

Remove 05.sysman until I can figure out why the ascii generation
runs amuck.

Make this agree with reality - it was actually a Makefile for ../usd!

Add back in the -me papers now that they all work.

Disable 05.sysman, it sends nroff into an infinite loop.

Make these documents build if possible.
