Remove $FreeBSD$: two-line .h pattern

Remove /^\s*\*\n \*\s+\$FreeBSD\$$\n/

include: General further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.

Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I
was using mis-identified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error
prone - task.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

A new jail(8) with a configuration file, to replace the work currently done
by /etc/rc.d/jail.

Create the altix project branch. The altix project will add support
for the SGI Altix 350 to FreeBSD/ia64. The hardware used for porting
is a two-module system, consisting of a base compute module and a
CPU expansion module. SGI's NUMAFlex architecture can be an excellent
platform to test CPU affinity and NUMA-aware features in FreeBSD.

- Import the HEAD csup code which is the basis for the cvsmode work.

Argh. Forward declare some structs rather than increase include file
dependencies.

Prototype yp_maplist()

Spell void * as void * rather than caddr_t. This is complicated by the
fact that caddr_t is often misspelled as char *.

Made this header self-sufficent. It had unnecessary dependencies on
<sys/cdefs.h>, <sys/types.h>, <rpcsvc/yp_prot.h>, and on the latter's
prerequisites (5 more).

Resolve conflicts.

Hold onto your hats folks, here it comes: the first stage of the
Secure RPC import I've been threatening.

This step adds some necessary protocol definition files and headers to
rpcsvc, including the ones needed for NIS+.

Back out part of yesterdays changes. They were obviously not tested well
enough :-( (With backout on this file, libc compiles. 'make world' isn't
finished yet.)

Make a lot of include-files self-contained. I excluded the patches changing
int's to gid_t and uid_t - should I commit these, too?

Revert $FreeBSD$ to $Id$

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

- Prototypes, including pointers to functions
- C++ safe

Remove trailing whitespace.

Add prototype for ypbinderr_string().

Moved 1.1.5 RPC service files from 1.1.5. Tese are the correct ones;
the ones in /usr/src/lib/librpc/rpcsvc are somewhat bogus and will
be deleted.
