I removed utmp and its manpage, but not other manpages referring to it.

Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

Remove reference to nwfsrc(8), replace with reference to
/usr/share/examples/nwclient/dot.nwfsrc.

Add ncplist program. That makes minimal set of ncp
utilities to use NetWare volumes. Other functionality
(ncpsend, ncprint) will be added later.
