Fix an ancient typo: `sc' usually equals `ns*nt', not `nc*nt'
(the latter is actually the total number of tracks on the disk,
which has no field in disktab(5).)

Mechanically kill hard sentence breaks and double whitespaces.

Fix some basic errors:

- Add a description of b0 / b1 fields.
- Do not use 'entry' to refer to both 'entry' and 'field'.
- Do not confuse people with heading 'Name' and entry 'Name'.

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did
cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'

BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows
me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...
