Copy stable/11@r303970 to releng/11.0 as part of the 11.0-RELEASE
cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

yppoll(8): Comment out -h option.

The implementation of it is missing (see e.g. NetBSD or OpenBSD). Until
someone works on it, comment out the existing code to silence a warning
about 'hostname' being set but unused.

MFC after: 1 week

I've been meaning to do this for a while. Add an underscore to the
time_to_xxx() and xxx_to_time() functions. e.g. _time_to_xxx()
instead of time_to_xxx(), to make it more obvious that these are
stopgap functions & placemarkers and not meant to create a defacto
standard. They will eventually be replaced when a real standard
comes out of committee.

Fix int vs time_t, convert int to time_t

Include missing header files which define functions for which gcc has
builtints (e.g., exit, strcmp).

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

Two getopts related nits:
o getopt returns -1 rather than EOF on errors
o getopt returns '?' for characters it doesn't know about, so
don't include them in the getopt options string.

Use err(3).

Remove trailing whitespace.
