cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

mdoc(7) police: Remove the debug line that prevents hyphenation
for the purposes of spelling checking that left in after my last
visit to this file.

Restored xref to diskless(8). diskless(8) existed but was not installed.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Correct the syntax of the example to reflect reality, and note that the
'host:' element is mandatory.
A better fix would involve reworking bootparamd not to require a ':'
in the response string.

Change references from rpc.bootparamd to bootparamd.

Add bootparams.5.
