Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

Convert to usr.bin/ to LIBADD
Reduce overlinking

Build usr.bin/ with WARNS=6 by default.

Also add some missing $FreeBSD$ to keep svn happy.

This code builds cleanly at WARNS level 6.

Don't use gcc specific flags.

Fixed some style bugs (bogus cloned Id, null overrides of defaults, and
the usual style bugs for DPADD/LDADD).

Remove useless `BINOWN=root' now that it is the default.

This commit was generated by cvs2svn to compensate for changes in r21923,
which included commits to RCS files with non-trunk default branches.
