cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

Cleanup some sound headers that don't need to be in the modules makefiles.

Replace GPLd headers from the Maestro3 driver with BSD licensed
versions derived from /usr/ports/audio/oss.

The particular headers used were taken from the
attic/drv/oss_allegro directory and are mostly identical
to the previous files.

The Maestro3 driver is now free from the GPL.

NOTE: due to lack of testers this driver is being
considered for deprecation and removal.

Driver for the ESS Maestro3 and Allegro sound chips. Note that due to the
