cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

Adds siba_bwn module which is used with bwn(4). Main purpose of this
module is to distinguish parts of Silicon Backplane and of Broadcom
Wireless.

Support for the siba bus found in many broadcom products.
