cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

Merge the common parts of the SOCKIT and SOCKIT-BERI kerenel, and mark the
former as NO_UNIVERSE.

Remove "New" label from NFSCL/NFSD now that they are the only NFS
client/server. While here, remove duplicate NFSCL from sys/conf/NOTES.
