cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

* Fix hard sentence breaks.

* NOTE: devstat(9) requires more mdoc(7) work.

Some mdoc(7) fixes:

Nuke incorrect usage of .Ar; replace it with .Vt, .Va or .Fa appropriately.
The .Ar mdoc(7) specifier should only be used when displaying command line
arguments.

device_child_add_ordered(9)
