cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)

Finish rename of KERN_DOMAINNAME to KERN_NISDOMAINNAME.

Include the proper header file (<unistd.h>) and declare [gs]etdomainname()
with the correct return type. This does not include the renaming
of KERN_DOMAINNAME to KERN_NISDOMAINNAME.
