cycle.

Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

Update libstdc++ with small updates from the latest rev. (135556)
from the gcc 4.2 branch.
The libraries in the gcc-4_2-branch remained under the LGPLv2.

The changes can be reproduced with the following command:
