Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, and rename it to RC1.

Update __FreeBSD_version.

Use the quarterly branch for the default FreeBSD.conf pkg(8) repo and
the dvd1.iso packages population.

mdoc(7) police:

Avoid using parenthesis enclosure macros (.Pq and .Po/.Pc) with plain text.
Not only this slows down the mdoc(7) processing significantly, but it also
has an undesired (in this case) effect of disabling hyphenation within the
entire enclosed block.

mdoc(7) police: removed leading whitespaces that are not inside
Bd/Ed; these hardly degrade the quality of the produced output.

Prepare for mdoc(7)NG.

Fix a couple of mdoc errors.

Don't refer to non-existent automount(8).

Merge our older Amd manpages with the new am-utils manpages.
The am-utils manpages were un-mandocafied, un4.4BSD'ed with CSRG
copyrights regressed to 1989.
