Revert r330897:

This was intended to be a non-functional change. It wasn't. The commit
message was thus wrong. In addition it broke arm, and merged crypto
related code.

Revert with prejudice.

This revert skips files touched in r316370 since that commit was since
MFCed. This revert also skips files that require $FreeBSD$ property
changes.

Thank you to those who helped me get out of this mess including but not
limited to gonzo, kevans, rgrimes.

Partial merge of the SPDX changes

These changes are incomplete but are making it difficult
to determine what other changes can/should be merged.

Copy head@r302406 to stable/11 as part of the 11.0-RELEASE cycle.
Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, as nothing has been merged
here.

sys: use our nitems() macro when param.h is available.

This should cover all the remaining cases in the kernel.

- Use bus_{read,write}_*(9) instead of bus_space_{read,write}_*(9) etc
and take advantage of rman_get_rid(9) in order to save some softc
members.
- Provide and consume module dependency information for lebuffer(4).

o break newbus api: add a new argument of type driver_filter_t to
bus_setup_intr()

o add an int return code to all fast handlers

o retire INTR_FAST/IH_FAST

Add front-ends for the 'lebuffer' variants found on some SBus cards.
These are shared-memory variants based on Am79C90-compatible chips
that apart from the missing DMA engine are similar to the 'ledma'
variant including using a (pseudo-)bus/device for the buffer that
the actual LANCE device hangs off from. The performance of these is
close to that of the 'ledma' one, like expected at a few times the
CPU load though.
