For where possible, make the dates of the Tasmanian holidays properly
variable. The leftover ones are the Thursday before the Fourth
Saturday of October (Oct/SatFourth-2) which is not possible yet.

Update the Australian calendar WRT DST.
Layout changes.

Add a missing new line at the end of the australian calendar file to
suppress and error message.

Print dates the right way round.

Add end and start dates for DST.

Get some holidays more correct. This isn't helped by the lack of firm
information from the government web sites.

Clarify the distinction between the Proclamation of the Province of
South Australia and the date of the Proclamation Day holiday.

Remove accidentally included NZ holidays.

Get floating holidays right.

Add the richness of NT holidays.
