Update prototype for smbus callback change.

Major rework of the iicbus/smbus framework:

- VIA chipset SMBus controllers added
- alpm driver updated
- Support for dynamic modules added
- bktr FreeBSD smbus updated but not tested
- cleanup

Upgrade the bktr driver from 2.07 to 2.10.

- The driver now uses bus_space() and runs on NetBSD 1.4.2
