Properly support:

- AT_EACCESS for faccessat(),
- AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW for linkat().

Implement the linux syscalls
openat, mkdirat, mknodat, fchownat, futimesat, fstatat, unlinkat,
renameat, linkat, symlinkat, readlinkat, fchmodat, faccessat.
