Move unmask IRQ function call up to nexus device level.FDT-enabled targets were broken after r238043 that relieson device up the hierarchy to properly setup interrupt.nexus device for ARM platforms did job only partially:setting handler but not unmasking interrupt. Unmaskingwas performed by platform code.Reviewed by: andrew@

Add the pxa_teardown_intr() bus method function to de-associate theinterrupt handler
Support for the XScale PXA255 SoC as found on the Gumstix Basix and Connexboards. This is enough to net-boot to multiuser. Also supported is the SMSC LAN91C111 parts used on the netCF, netDUO and netMMCadd-on boards.I'll be putting some instructions on how to boot this on the Gumstix boardsonline soon. This is still fairly rough and will be refined over time but I felt it wasbetter to get this out there where other people can help out.
