mdoc(7): Use the new feature of the .In macro.

Removed whitespace at end-of-line; no content changes. I simply did
cd src/share; find man[1-9] -type f|xargs perl -pi -e 's/[ \t]+$//'

BTW, what editors are the culprits? I'm using vim and it shows
me whitespace at EOL in troff files with a thick blue block...

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Add /usr/share/examples/perfmon and /usr/include/machine/perfmon.h to
the FILES section.

Document the change in how the START and STOP ioctls operate
(counters can be started and stopped in numerical order brather
than all at once).

Add a man page for the perfmon driver.
