7 like NetBSD has, since this is not a command
on itself.

mdoc(7): Properly mark C headers.

mdoc(7) police: removed HISTORY info from the .Os call.

Remove single-space hard sentence breaks. These degrade the quality
of the typeset output, tend to make diffs harder to read and provide
bad examples for new-comers to mdoc.

Use the .At macro to reference versions of AT&T UNIX.

For regular files the sticky bit is ignored, but the user can still set it.

Note that sticky text executables are no longer supported.
