Correct BD_ADDR entry for "Dummy" device in the default hcsecd.conf.
Each byte in BD_ADDR should exactly two nibbles, i.e
"1:2:3:4:5:6" is NOT valid and "01:02:03:04:05:06" is valid BD_ADDR.

Removed whitespace at BOF, EOL & EOF.

Update Bluetooth code.
