Novell spec, but still only transmit according to the spec.
Add a feature to dump the RIP and SAP tables when a SIGINFO signal is
received.

Correct a bunch of man page cross references and generally
try and silence "manck".

ncurses, rpc, and some of the gnu stuff are still a big mess, however.
