# 259065 07-Dec-2013 gjb

- Copy stable/10 (r259064) to releng/10.0 as part of the
10.0-RELEASE cycle.
- Update __FreeBSD_version [1]
- Set branch name to -RC1

# 201386 02-Jan-2010 ed

Build usr.bin/ with WARNS=6 by default.

Also add some missing $FreeBSD$ to keep svn happy.

# 140909 27-Jan-2005 delphij

Remove unnecessary SRCS= where could be guessed directly by our
bsd.*.mk infrasture.

Obtained from: ru

# 137164 03-Nov-2004 ru

Introduce the PRECIOUSPROG knob in bsd.prog.mk, similar
to PRECIOUSLIB from bsd.lib.mk. The side effect of this
is making installing the world under jail(8) possible by
using another knob, NOFSCHG.

# 105269 16-Oct-2002 markm

Dekerberise. The corresponding userland stuff has been dekerberised
for ages, and no-one seems to have noticed. Viva PAM!

# 96196 07-May-2002 des

Use <paths.h> rather than "pathnames.h", and fix a couple of whitespace nits.

# 94985 18-Apr-2002 ru

Replaced exists() tests with two equivalent defined().

LIBDIR is defined in bsd.own.mk but sys.mk no longer
includes bsd.own.mk as of revision 1.60.

# 93022 23-Mar-2002 markm

Very simple fixes; WARNS and ANSIfy. Remove GCC-specific options from
Makefile.

# 83391 13-Sep-2001 ru

Set BINOWN=root explicitly for setuid root binaries.

This is not "useless", as one may have non-default
setting for BINOWN in make.conf, and we still want
these to be installed setuid root in this case.

# 57841 09-Mar-2000 kris

Buildworld fixes for NO_OPENSSH and NO_OPENSSL

# 57450 24-Feb-2000 markm

Use libcrypto in place of libdes.

# 54782 18-Dec-1999 peter

Revert the libcrypt/libmd stuff back to how it was. This should not have
happened as it was working around problems elsewhere (ie: binutils/ld
not doing the right thing according to the ELF design). libcrypt has
been adjusted to not need the runtime -lmd. It's still not quite right
(ld is supposed to work damnit) but at least it doesn't impact all the
users of libcrypt in Marcel's cross-build model.

# 54677 16-Dec-1999 marcel

Add libmd (or move it after libcrypt). We don't want the linker to be
smart because it will definitely get it wrong. This popped up during
cross-linking.

# 3197 29-Sep-1994 csgr

First level of changes for bringing in eBones (kerberos).
- Get rid of inverse logic (NOKERBEROS and NOEBONES) in src/makefile,
and replace with MAKE_KERBEROS and MAKE_EBONES. (Far fewer contortions,
and both default to off.) IF YOU WANT KERBEROS, YOU HAVE TO EXPLICITLY
DEFINE ONE OF THESE.
- Make Makefiles kerberos-aware.

# 1869 05-Aug-1994 wollman

Don't use kerberos yet, we aren't ready for it.

# 1591 27-May-1994 rgrimes
