a value ending in zero.

Use new -n option when executing kldload, to
not warn about already loaded module(s).

MFC after: 1 week

- Need to respect the module name and the USB mode when accumulating device ID's.
- Be more verbose on file seek failures. Allow a file size of zero.
- Improve the wrapper shell.

- Improve bus_autoconf tool.
- Implement simple and generic language which can
be used to describe any kind of device ID structures.
- Fix endian issues.
- Add an example format file.
