- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

Fetch the chip select in the bridge driver, like all the other spi
bridges do.

Add the chip select glue.

- There's no need to overwrite the default device method with the default
one. Interestingly, these are actually the default for quite some time
(bus_generic_driver_added(9) since r52045 and bus_generic_print_child(9)
since r52045) but even recently added device drivers do this unnecessarily.

bus_add_child: change type of order parameter to u_int

This reflects actual type used to store and compare child device orders.

the food chain. devi == NULL is the error condition. Treat it as such.
