10.0-RELEASE cycle.
- Update __FreeBSD_version [1]
- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

PC98 will never be defined for amd64

Fixed to draw mouse cursor. The syscons driver for PC98 uses different
attributes from i386.

Back out part 1 of the MCFH that changed $Id$ to $FreeBSD$. We are not
ready for it yet.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Removed all patch kit headers, sccsid and rcsid strings, put $Id$ in, some
minor cleanup. Added $Id$ to files that did not have any version info, etc

This commit was generated by cvs2svn to compensate for changes in r4,
which included commits to RCS files with non-trunk default branches.
