- Copy stable/10 (r259064) to releng/10.0 as part of the 10.0-RELEASE cycle. - Update __FreeBSD_version [1] - Set branch name to -RC1
[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with a value ending in zero.

Quote authname and authkey. Some ISPs allow (or even require) non-alphanumeric characters in these and this will be a hint to the users that quotes can and should be used in such cases.

Add a rather complicated but impressive example of how to implement multi-link ppp over more than one ISP with the ability to lose ISPs without loss of connectivity.
It *requires* that you either have administrative access to a machine that's already connected to the 'net or at least know a really nice person that does.
