# 259065 07-Dec-2013 gjb

- Copy stable/10 (r259064) to releng/10.0 as part of the
10.0-RELEASE cycle.
- Update __FreeBSD_version [1]
- Set branch name to -RC1

[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so

# 136910 24-Oct-2004 ru

For variables that are only checked with defined(), don't provide
any fake value.

# 106202 30-Oct-2002 ru

Fixes to get rid of CD_HACK.

# 106143 29-Oct-2002 ru

bsd.doc.mk changes:

Don't gratuitously pipe thru a cat(1) if NODOCCOMPRESS.

Only create _stamp.extra when necessary.

Get rid of SOELIMPP and OBJS.

Use Groff version of soelim(1); we need its -I option
for the following to work.

Don't needlessly chdir to SRCDIR. Only a few documents
need CD_HACK, and those that need it either use refer(1)
or .PSPIC macro which internally uses the .psbb call.

# 105921 25-Oct-2002 ru

Don't preprocess with tbl(1).

# 105863 24-Oct-2002 ru

Fixed references and a bunch of other warnings.

# 96964 19-May-2002 grog

Unbreak world.

Change msU macros to mU.

This is only a partial solution; the whole issue of building the
documentation needs to be revisited.
