[1] 10.0-CURRENT __FreeBSD_version value ended at '55', so
start releng/10.0 at '100' so the branch is started with
a value ending in zero.

Disconnect installation notes from the release documentation build.

Reflect that the hardware notes article is now a MI document.

Teach release builds and release documentation snapshots that release
notes are no longer MD documents.

Add the bones for PowerPC release documentation. This has been
derived from ia64.

Don't try to upload alpha-specific docs anymore.

When building release documentation for release builds or for
release documentation snapshots, force URLS_ABSOLUTE. This
allows us to relocate HTML renderings anywhere without worrying
about breaking relative links to pages on the Web site. This can
happen when we use &base; as part of a URL.

I wonder if we should do this for all release documentation builds,
but I'm not quite sure what all the cases are.

Since early-adopter has been disconnected from the build, don't try
to install it to a RELNOTESng snapshot.

Commit amd64 MD release documentation stubs and hook up to the build.
Content will be filled in later as needed, but this should unbreak
the doc part of an amd64 release build.
