selftests/bpf: Use bpf_{btf,link,map,prog}_get_info_by_fd()

Use the new type-safe wrappers around bpf_obj_get_info_by_fd().
Fix a prog/map mixup in prog_holds_map().

# 5912fcb4 07-Feb-2022 Hou Tao <houtao1@huawei.com>

selftests/bpf: Do not export subtest as standalone test

Two subtests in ksyms_module.c are not qualified as static, so these
subtests are exported as standalone tests in tests.h and lead to
confusion for the output of "./test_progs -t ksyms_module".

By using the following command ...

grep "^void \(serial_\)\?test_[a-zA-Z0-9_]\+(\(void\)\?)" \
tools/testing/selftests/bpf/prog_tests/*.c | \
awk -F : '{print $1}' | sort | uniq -c | awk '$1 != 1'

... one finds out that other tests also have a similar problem, so
fix these tests by marking subtests in these tests as static.

# e4e284a8 02-Feb-2022 Andrii Nakryiko <andrii@kernel.org>

selftests/bpf: Redo the switch to new libbpf XDP APIs

Switch to using new bpf_xdp_*() APIs across all selftests. Take
advantage of a more straightforward and user-friendly semantics of
old_prog_fd (0 means "don't care") in few places.

This is a redo of 544356524dd6 ("selftests/bpf: switch to new libbpf XDP
APIs"), which was previously reverted to minimize conflicts during bpf
and bpf-next tree merge.

selftests, bpf: Do not yet switch to new libbpf XDP APIs

Revert commit 544356524dd6 ("selftests/bpf: switch to new libbpf XDP APIs")
for now given this will heavily conflict with 4b27480dcaa7 ("bpf/selftests:
convert xdp_link test to ASSERT_* macros") upon merge. Andrii agreed to redo
the conversion cleanly after trees merged.

# 36246d5a 02-Jul-2021 Kumar Kartikeya Dwivedi <memxor@gmail.com>

bpf: Tidy xdp attach selftests

Support for cpumap and devmap entry progs in previous commits means the
test needs to be updated for the new semantics. Also take this
opportunity to convert it from CHECK macros to the new ASSERT macros.

Since xdp_cpumap_attach has no subtest, put the sole test inside the
test_xdp_cpumap_attach function.

# 05500125 14-Jul-2020 Lorenzo Bianconi <lorenzo@kernel.org>

selftest: Add tests for XDP programs in CPUMAP entries

Similar to what have been done for DEVMAP, introduce tests to verify
ability to add a XDP program to an entry in a CPUMAP.
Verify CPUMAP programs can not be attached to devices as a normal
XDP program, and only programs with BPF_XDP_CPUMAP attach type can
be loaded in a CPUMAP.
