media: v4l: subdev: Switch to stream-aware state functions

Switch all drivers accessing sub-device state to use the stream-aware
functions. We will soon remove the old ones.

This patch has been generated using the following Coccinelle script:

Additionally drivers/media/i2c/s5k5baf.c and
drivers/media/platform/samsung/s3c-camif/camif-capture.c have been
manually changed as Coccinelle didn't. Further local variables have been
removed as they became unused as a result of the other changes.

Also Coccinelle introduced indentation by space in files
drivers/media/i2c/st-mipid02.c and
drivers/media/platform/rockchip/rkisp1/rkisp1-isp.c. This has been also
corrected.

i2c: Make remove callback return void

The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

media: v4l2-subdev: add subdev-wide state struct

We have 'struct v4l2_subdev_pad_config' which contains configuration for
a single pad used for the TRY functionality, and an array of those
structs is passed to various v4l2_subdev_pad_ops.

I was working on subdev internal routing between pads, and realized that
there's no way to add TRY functionality for routes, which is not pad
specific configuration. Adding a separate struct for try-route config
wouldn't work either, as e.g. set-fmt needs to know the try-route
configuration to propagate the settings.

This patch adds a new struct, 'struct v4l2_subdev_state' (which at the
moment only contains the v4l2_subdev_pad_config array) and the new
struct is used in most of the places where v4l2_subdev_pad_config was
used. All v4l2_subdev_pad_ops functions taking v4l2_subdev_pad_config
are changed to instead take v4l2_subdev_state.

The changes to drivers/media/v4l2-core/v4l2-subdev.c and
include/media/v4l2-subdev.h were written by hand, and all the driver
changes were done with the semantic patch below. The spatch needs to be
applied to a select list of directories. I used the following shell
commands to apply the spatch:

dirs="drivers/media/i2c drivers/media/platform drivers/media/usb drivers/media/test-drivers/vimc drivers/media/pci drivers/staging/media"
for dir in $dirs; do spatch -j8 --dir --include-headers --no-show-diff --in-place --sp-file v4l2-subdev-state.cocci $dir; done

Note that Coccinelle chokes on a few drivers (gcc extensions?). With
minor changes we can make Coccinelle run fine, and these changes can be
reverted after spatch. The diff for these changes is:

# 2c954172 06-Apr-2021 Yang Yingliang <yangyingliang@huawei.com>

media: i2c: adv7511-v4l2: fix possible use-after-free in adv7511_remove()

This driver's remove path calls cancel_delayed_work(). However, that
function does not wait until the work function finishes. This means
that the callback function may still be running after the driver's
remove function has finished, which would result in a use-after-free.

Fix by calling cancel_delayed_work_sync(), which ensures that
the work is properly cancelled, no longer running, and unable
to re-schedule itself.

media: adv7511-v4l2: correctly report EDIDs of 1 block

If the EDID has an odd number of blocks (usually just 1, but the
same problem occurs with 3 blocks), then VIDIOC_G_EDID reported 2
(or 4) blocks. Fix this.

# eea62d6d 27-Jan-2021 Wolfram Sang <wsa+renesas@sang-engineering.com>

media: i2c: adv7511: remove open coded version of SMBus block read

The open coded version differs from the one in the core in one way: the
buffer will be always copied back, even when the transfer failed. Be
more robust: use the block read from the I2C core and propagate a
potential errno further to the sanity checks.

media: adv7511/cobalt: rename driver name to adv7511-v4l2

Commit b2ce5617dad2 ("media: i2c: fix warning same module names")
renamed the adv7511 module in the media tree to adv7511-v4l2.

This patch does the same rename for the driver name and device id to
keep the naming consistent.

Since the cobalt driver loads this module, it had to be renamed there
as well.
