drm/i915/gt: Move CS interrupt handler to the backend The different submission backends each have their own preferred behaviour and interrupt setup. Let each handle their own interrupts. This becomes more useful later as we to extract the use of auxiliary state in the interrupt handler that is backend specific. drm/i915/gt: Reorganise gen8+ interrupt handler We always use a deferred bottom-half (either tasklet or irq_work) for processing the response to an interrupt which means we can recombine the GT irq ack+handler into one. This simplicity is important in later patches as we will need to handle and then ack multiple interrupt levels before acking the GT and master interrupts. drm/i915: Extract general GT interrupt handlers i915_irq.c is large. It serves as the central dispatch and handler for all of our device interrupts. Lets break it up by pulling out the GT interrupt handlers. Based on a patch by Chris Wilson.
