crypto: FIPS 202 SHA-3 register in hash info for IMA

Register FIPS 202 SHA-3 hashes in hash info for IMA and other
users. Sizes 256 and up, as 224 is too weak for any practical
purposes.

crypto: rename sm3-256 to sm3 in hash_algo_name

The name sm3-256 is defined in hash_algo_name in hash_info, but the
algorithm name implemented in sm3_generic.c is sm3, which will cause
the sm3-256 algorithm to be not found in some application scenarios of
the hash algorithm, and an ENOENT error will occur. For example,
IMA, keys, and other subsystems that reference hash_algo_name all use
the hash algorithm of sm3.

keys, trusted: select hash algorithm for TPM2 chips

Added 'hash=' option for selecting the hash algorithm for add_key()
syscall and documentation for it.

Added entry for sm3-256 to the following tables in order to support
TPM_ALG_SM3_256:

* hash_algo_name
* hash_digest_size

Includes support for the following hash algorithms:

* sha1
* sha256
* sha384
* sha512
* sm3-256

This patch provides a single place for information about hash algorithms,
such as hash sizes and kernel driver names, which will be used by IMA
and the public key code.
