powerpc: Enable HAVE_ARCH_NVRAM_OPS and disable GENERIC_NVRAM Switch PPC32 kernels from the generic_nvram module to the nvram module. powerpc/nvram: Move generic code for nvram and pstore With minor checks, we can move most of the code for nvram under pseries to a common place to be re-used by other powerpc platforms like powernv. This patch moves such common code to arch/powerpc/kernel/nvram_64.c file. powerpc/nvram: Move the log partition stuff to pseries The nvram log partition stuff currently in nvram_64.c is really pseries specific. It isn't actually used on anything else (despite the fact that we ran the code to setup the partition on anything except powermac) and the log format is specific to pseries RTAS implementation. So move it where it belongs Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>

powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly.
