ARM: entry: Make asm coproc dispatch code NWFPE only

Now that we can dispatch all VFP and iWMMXT related undef exceptions
using undef hooks implemented in C code, we no longer need the asm entry
code that takes care of this unless we are using FPE, so we can move it
into the FPE entry code. As this means it is ARM only, we can remove the
Thumb2 specific decorations as well.

It also means the non-standard, asm-only calling convention where
returning via LR means failure and returning via R9 means success is now
only used on legacy platforms that lack any kind of function return
prediction, avoiding the associated performance impact.

ARM: 8322/1: keep .text and .fixup regions closer together

This moves all fixup snippets to the .text.fixup section, which is
a special section that gets emitted along with the .text section
for each input object file, i.e., the snippets are kept much closer
to the code they refer to, which helps prevent linker failure on
large kernels.

ARM: convert all "mov.* pc, reg" to "bx reg" for ARMv6+

ARMv6 and greater introduced a new instruction ("bx") which can be used
to return from function calls. Recent CPUs perform better when the
"bx lr" instruction is used rather than the "mov pc, lr" instruction,
and this sequence is strongly recommended to be used by the ARM
architecture manual (section A.4.1.1).

We provide a new macro "ret" with all its variants for the condition
code which will resolve to the appropriate instruction.

Rather than doing this piecemeal, and miss some instances, change all
the "mov pc" instances to use the new macro, with the exception of
the "movs" instruction and the kprobes code. This allows us to detect
the "mov pc, lr" case and fix it up - and also gives us the possibility
of deploying this for other registers depending on the CPU selection.

ARM: 7207/1: Use generic ARM instruction set condition code checks for nwfpe.

This patch changes the nwfpe implementation to use the new generic
ARM instruction set condition code checks, rather than a local
implementation. It also removes the existing condition code checking,
which has been used for the generic support (in kernel/opcodes.{ch}).

This code has not been tested beyond building, linking and booting.

ARM: fix build error in arch/arm/kernel/process.c

This is caused because:

.section .data
.section .text
.section .text
.previous

does not return us to the .text section, but the .data section; this
makes use of .previous dangerous if the ordering of previous sections
is not known.

Fix up the other users of .previous; .pushsection and .popsection are
a safer pairing to use than .section and .previous.

[ARM] 4581/1: Fix the conditional execution of the NWFPE instructions

Starting with ARMv7-A, conditional execution of undefined instructions
can trigger an exception even if the condition check fails. This patch
modifies the NWFPE support to check the condition before emulating the
instruction.

Linux-2.6.12-rc2

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
