Removed superflous NULL pointer checks.
The media kit will always call BMediaNode
and BMediaAddOn functions with valid pointers.

* get reader.media_addon compiling (both gcc2 and 4)(used for testing BFileInterface node kind)
* warning/style fixes
* removed some dubious comments :)
* no behaviour changes so far...
