ordering specified by mdoc(7) and enforced by manlint(1).

I overlooked the fact that these manpages had been removed upstream
and replaced with their non *-api(3) equivalents. Follow upstream's
lead and remove the unused manpages.

Copy head@r302406 to stable/11 as part of the 11.0-RELEASE cycle.
Prune svn:mergeinfo from the new branch, as nothing has been merged
here.
