| 24 FTP Get the distribution files from an anonymous ftp server 25 (you will be presented with a list). Please note that 26 there are also two ways of invoking FTP in either 27 "Active" and "Passive" mode. 28 29 Active mode is the standard way of fetching files and 30 Passive mode is for use when you're behind a firewall or 31 some other security mechanism that blocks active FTP 32 connections. If you chose "other" in the FTP menu, please 33 also note that all paths are *relative* to the home 34 directory of the user being logged in as. By default, this 35 is the user "ftp" (anonymous ftp) but you may change this 36 in the Options screen. 37 38 39 NFS Get the distribution files from an NFS server somewhere 40 (make sure that permissions on the server allow this!). 41 If this install method hangs on you or refuses to work 42 properly, you may need to set some special options for 43 your NFS server. See the Options screen for more details. 44 45 46 Tape Extract distribution files from tape into a temporary 47 directory and install from there. If the tape was created 48 with blocksize other than 20, you may wish to change this 49 in the Options screen.
